Ryan Shea
Founder, Creative Director

Since 2002, Ryan has worked in a variety of positions during his career in marketing. From political organizing, TV production and non-profit digital media, Ryan has gained a vast knowledge of marketing, branding, media production, graphic and web design/development. In 2007, Ryan worked for Planned Parenthood where he focused on media creation, technical know-how and marketing strategy for the non-profit sector. In 2009 Ryan founded Open Hand Media and has consulted with many non-profits performing numerous functions in order to support their missions.


Lorene Agresti
Media Director

Lorene started her career in marketing in 2001. With over 13 years of experience, Lorene has strong knowledge in all aspects of marketing, with a focus on digital and media buying. After gaining experience working for companies such as Lions Gate Films, Saatchi & Saatchi | Conill and Square Enix Mobile -- Lorene decided to take her expertise to the non-profit world at first working with Planned Parenthood and then joining Open Hand Media in 2012.


Angie Timbanard
Communications Director

Angie has worked in marketing and communications for the past 15 years, with expertise ranging from campaign strategy and execution, to corporate branding and messaging, to digital marketing and social media. Having started out in the public relations agency world, her transition into the broader marketing realm has landed her in positions within corporate communications, marketing project management, copywriting, sales direction, and finally in her preferred role—nonprofit marketing communications consulting.


Lalena Gieser
Graphic and Web Designer

Having interests in a wide variety of media, Lalena earned her Bachelor's in Communication Studies over at UCLA in 2011, and since then has placed more of a priority on web and graphic design. Her skills in this area, fondness for the nonprofit world, and general fascination with all things creative found fitting in well with the Open Hand Media team - joining the agency in spring 2014.
